Adam Goodman, Co-Owner

Adam is the President of Goodman Properties which is a Family Office specializing in Real Estate Development and Management. Adam spends most of his time on the Land Development side of the business which encompasses planning and zoning entitlements, overseeing all engineering and architectural design, leasing, construction, and financing. The company has a national footprint which includes over 250 properties in 23 states comprising over 6 million square feet. Outside of real estate Adam has had successful investments in professional sports franchises, financial services, various agricultural platforms and owning and operating local restaurants.

Stan Bearder, President and CEO

With more than 25 years of project and executive management experience Stan has worked with management, staff, suppliers, and consultants at all levels to provide leadership in the food distribution, logistics, farming, and supply chain industries. Stan's previous position was as Chief Operating Officer of Thomas Foods International USA which specializes in beef, lamb and goat importing, warehousing, processing, and distribution. This operation quickly grew to approximately 500 employees and over a half-billion in revenue. As a result of this success Stan has built a global network that has done business in Australia, New Zealand, South America, Asia and parts of Europe. Stan is a results-oriented relationship builder focused on a culture dedicated to delivering the highest quality products and services.

Chad Hunt, Chief Scientific Officer

Chad Hunt, Chief Scientific Officer Chad has over 25 years of experience researching the organic production of medicinal plants and working with ‘green technologies’ that focus on environmental sustainability and bio diversity. His passion for science and organic horticulture have led him around the world and exposed him to the many fascinating scientific disciplines of biologically active plant based matrices and molecules, as well as product formulations. Chad started his apprenticeship in Switzerland in 1997 and learned from some of Europe’s leading pioneers in the fields of nutraceutical cultivation, research, and production. Since his early exposure to Swiss ‘biodynamic’ agricultural practices, Chad has gone on to work on projects throughout Western Europe, North Africa, Canada, and the United States. Before joining Yaminal , Chad spent two years in the southern region of the United States as the Chief Scientific Officer for a large ‘bio science’ corporation where he conducted R&D projects in collaboration with five different State Universities in Alabama, Louisiana, and Florida.
